Delete your account

Elite Places. Account and data deletion.

You can permanently delete your Elite Places account from the app.

If you have accepted an invitation

1. Open Profile, then Settings.
2. Choose Delete account and read the confirmation.
3. Confirm Delete account to complete the request.

If you are still in onboarding

Open Account in onboarding, choose Delete account and confirm the request.

What happens next

Deletion removes your sign-in account, profile and invitation membership, and clears your local profile and liked places. Deleting and creating an account again requires a new invitation. Limited retained records and the reasons for retaining them are explained in the Privacy Policy.

The current app is free and has no purchases. If you have an Apple subscription from an earlier version, manage it in Apple Account settings; deleting your Elite Places account does not cancel it.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@eliteplaces.app from your account email and request account deletion. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Never send your password or a sign-in code.

If in-app deletion fails, retry or contact support so we can complete the request.
